Subterranean Tension - Painting

Inspired by the Palisades fire, shifts the energy downward.  Here layered blues create depth and weight, forming a cool but pressurized field. Together, the paintings form a psychological landscape.  One speaks to visible anxiety and imminent change; the other to hidden pressure and internal strain.  As companions, they explore not only the aftermath of a natural disaster but the emotional terrain of vulnerability, uncertainty, and the persistent energy that exists both above and below the surface.
